SACRED GREENS HERBAL TEA
The star ingredient in Sacred Greens Tea is Nettle, a verdant, cleansing, mineralizing, nutritive powerhouse. Nettle is packed with essential minerals and nutrients including the entire complex of B vitamins. It supports thyroid function, hormonal balance, detoxification of liver, lymph, & kidney, and healthy hair and nail growth, to name just a few benefits.
Linden flower and Melissa / Lemon Balm are soothing, calming, cooling to inflammation and autoimmune excess, and were revered as Old World European magic and healing herbs. The flavor notes in this invigorating tea are bright, herbaceous, slightly citrus from Lemongrass, and a hint of garden Mint.

Flower Essences extraction is a technique that was pioneered in the 1930s in England by Cambridge- educated medical doctor Edward Bach. The process involves floating wildflowers and herbs in a crystal bowl of spring water under sunlight to extract the “essence” or “spirit” of the plant, rather than its medicinal properties.
